Job summary

Novotel Night Auditor role welcomes guests and ensures a warm, high-quality service from arrival through to departure. The night team maintains a secure environment and accurate records while handling wake-up calls and key guest communications.

Applicants should have 1 year in hospitality or a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and strong organisational skills. You must be eligible to work in the UK. Benefits include free UK night stays and Accor discounts across properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain diary events, flags and specials.
• Check and pass on all guest mail, messages and parcels promptly.
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
• Any other duties requested by Manager.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
• Answer incoming calls promptly.
• Ensure reports are distributed.
• Process wake-up calls.
• Hand over information to the oncoming shift.

The Night Auditor welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.

They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.

They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night.

• Ensure all diary events, flags and specials are actioned.
• Check and pass on all guest mail, messages and parcels promptly
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
• Any other duties requested by Manager.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
• To answer, as promptly as possible, all incoming calls.
• Ensure reports are distributed.
• Process wake-up calls
• Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the oncoming shift.

• Strong organisational skills
