Job summary

KONE is seeking an Area Service Manager Nights to oversee night operations for Lift Engineers on the London Underground project, based in London with a hybrid office/home setup. The role involves coordinating night workloads, supporting engineer performance, and ensuring safe, timely delivery while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The ASM Nights will lead by example, promote a strong safety culture, and manage resources across operations, with regular site attendance and a focus

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supervising engineering/technical teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, can-do approach with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting Lift Engineers on night operations within our London Underground business.
• Coordinating day-to-day engineering activities and workload
• Supporting engineer performance, development and wellbeing
• Helping to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time
• Monitoring operational performance and responding to issues
• Working closely with customers and internal teams
• Supporting planning, resources and priorities across the operation
• Promoting a strong safety culture
• Leading by example and helping maintain a positive, supportive team environment
