You will support engineering teams, plan workloads, monitor performance, and help engineers access the resources they need while maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Managing and supporting Lift and Escalator Engineers
• Coordinating day-to-day engineering activities and workload
• Supporting engineer performance, development and wellbeing
• Helping to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time
