Job summary

Brook Street Gloucester is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of a key NHS managed service contract. You will ensure high service standards, stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence across the site.

As the main point of contact for NHS stakeholders, you will manage stock, purchasing, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives while leading onsite coordinators and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or NHS context is advantageous.
• Proactive and highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of onsite managed services.
• Build and maintain relationships with NHS Trust stakeholders.
• Lead and support onsite coordinators.
• Oversee stock management, purchasing and supply chain performance.
• Monitor service delivery KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and contract reviews.
• Deliver training and support to Trust staff on systems.
• Prepare reports and provide operational insights.
• Attend customer, procurement and performance review meetings.
• Ensure effective communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
