Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR and knowledge of NHS policies.
• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment from vacancy through onboarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the full end-to-end recruitment process for core and medical recruitment.
• Provide high-quality customer service to managers and candidates.
• Support a range of operational HR activities to aid the wider People function.
• Manage recruitment activity from vacancy approval through onboarding with KPI adherence.
