Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a Trust Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Royal Devon Hospital (Wonford) in Exeter. You will source, support and guide NHS workers through the recruiting process, from adverts to induction and data analysis.

Based in Exeter, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing needs are met and patient care remains safe, with opportunities to gain new skills and contribute to the NHS Trust’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-driven, process-based environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate with tact and discretion.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and recruit across clinical and admin staff groups.
• Write adverts and attend recruitment events.
• Induct new starters and guide them through onboarding.
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics.
• Support staffing requirements to ensure safe patient care.
