Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Recruitment Lead to manage non‑medical recruitment across One LSC partner trusts, focused on quality and compliance. You will line‑manage recruitment coordinators and provide guidance to hiring managers and applicants.

The role requires strong project management, data reporting against KPIs, and experience in NHS systems such as ESR and NHS JOBs. Based at Blackpool and Preston sites, supporting a large regional team.

Qualifications

• Educated to BTEC / A’ level standard or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• RSA Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in keyboard skills.
• ECDL or equivalent.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment Team Leader in delivering a robust, compliant, high-quality service.
• Interpret and advise on policies, guidelines and legislation for recruitment and terms and conditions.
• Work within defined service areas and manage day-to-day priorities with guidance.
• Produce, analyse and report on data such as time to hire and KPIs.
• Support team development and identify improvements to the recruitment service.
