NHS Professionals in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, setting clear objectives and driving performance against KPIs. You’ll partner with NHS Trusts to forecast demand, shape recruitment strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

You will use performance data to drive improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and champion a right-first-time, compliant recruitment process across the end-to-end journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a recruitment or resourcing team.
• Strong track record delivering recruitment targets, KPIs and service levels.
• Experience using data and performance reporting to drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management with NHS Trusts, Client Services and senior leaders.
• Understanding of candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and pipeline management.
• Commercial mindset with ability to balance productivity and service quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants, creating a high-performance culture.
• Set clear objectives and manage performance against KPIs, SLAs and productivity measures.
• Use data to identify trends, challenge performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with NHS Trusts to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that create sustainable pipelines.
• Ensure compliant end-to-end candidate journey and accurate performance reporting.
• Drive best practice in sourcing, screening and placement activities.
• Lead regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Escalate issues and work with teams to protect client and candidate experience.
