Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR recruitment team. The role is full time, permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, based in Wirral.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, adverts, interviews, offers and NHS checks, using TRAC and ESR systems, with training provided. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential to support managers and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or ECDL equivalent required.
• Knowledge of ESR/NHS Jobs and TRAC systems.
• Experience in NHS recruitment and selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with candidates and managers throughout recruitment.
• Advertise internally and externally and set interviews.
• Issue offers (conditional/unconditional) and conduct NHS checks.
• Input new starters into ESR and maintain data accuracy.
• Support recruitment events and maintain high service standards.
