Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a full-time, permanent role based on the Wirral. You will support end-to-end recruitment, liaise with managers and candidates, and handle NHS compliance checks and offers.

The post offers NHS benefits, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 10 years), development opportunities, and occasional after-hours recruitment events. Training in TRAC/ESR will be provided.

Qualifications

• NHS recruitment background not essential; full training provided
• Previous data entry or administration experience essential
• Attention to detail and flexible approach
• Confident and competent computer skills and team player

Responsibilities

• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process: compliance checking and advertising internally/externally
• Sending candidates for shortlisting
• Setting up interviews
• Issuing conditional and unconditional offers of employment
• Undertaking NHS employment checks (ID, Right to Work, DBS, Occupational Health, Professional Registration/Qualifications, References)
• Supporting and attending recruitment events evenings/weekends
• Inputting new starter details onto ESR system
