Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of NHS recruitment and selection processes.
• Awareness of DBS checks and safeguarding in healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to work with ESR/TRAC systems and adhere to governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from advertising to offers.
• Coordinate interviews and DBS/Right to work checks.
• Input new starters onto ESR and use TRAC system for recruitment activities.
