Zusammenfassung

Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the friendly HR directorate. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, with training provided and opportunities to develop within the NHS.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes using TRAC and ESR, coordinate interviews, issue offers and conduct employment checks, while supporting recruitment events and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Good computer literacy and initiative.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising and shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Issue offers and complete NHS employment checks (ID, right to work, DBS, occupational health, registrations).
• Input new starter details into ESR and maintain records.
• Support recruitment events and training as required.
