Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in the UK seeks a Business Development Manager to drive market development for an innovative medical device therapy within the NHS. The role is field-based, covering the North of England and Scotland, with endoscopy/endoscopic theatre experience advantageous.

You will identify clinical users, build referral pathways, engage procurement, and manage designated sites with ongoing account support, training for clinical users and MDTs, and scope to influence NHS adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven medical device sales and new market development experience.
• Experience launching a new therapy, technology or medical device.
• Understanding of NHS procurement and funding processes.
• Experience working with clinical stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates based in the North of England.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop clinical users and referral pathways.
• Engage with procurement and healthcare organisations to support funding.
• Establish and manage relationships with sites across NHS.
• Provide ongoing account management, customer support and training for clinical users and MDTs.
