Job summary

People & Process Solutions Ltd is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager for the South East of the UK, including London, with a focus on NHS Hospitals. You will walk wards, network, catalogue drop, and arrange strategic meetings with Procurement, Project Teams and Major Building Contractors working for hospitals.

The role requires experience selling to NHS networks, a strong pipeline in light capital equipment, and the ability to travel within the M25 corridor.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to NHS hospital networks, with contacts in London hospitals.
• Ability to build a balanced sales pipeline in a light capital equipment category.
• Willingness to travel and be close to the M25 for London-based NHS engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships within NHS Hospitals at Ward, Project and Purchasing level.
• Develop a strong project pipeline of opportunities in medical equipment.
• Use CRM, quote-to-win processes and close opportunities.
• Represent the business professionally while coordinating with manufacturing lead times.
