Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Service Desk Operator - Level 2 (Internal Only) to deliver 2nd line IT support within a hospital setting. You will assist the Royal Devon Eastern Services and TSDFT, handling calls, user accounts, and Epic-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 2nd line IT support in a hospital environment.
• Proficient in Active Directory and email account management.
• Familiarity with Epic clinical systems and Trust SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support to the Royal Devon Eastern Services and TSDFT.
• Handle calls in line with the Trust SLA and manage user accounts.
• Perform remote break-fix and contribute to root-cause analysis.
