Mprove is seeking a senior commercial hire to drive NHS relationships and build in-house resourcing capabilities. The role splits between business development with NHS ICBs/trusts and delivering large-scale recruitment by mobilising projects rapidly.

The successful candidate will report to the CEO, partner with the MD and Director of Operations, and lead a new recruitment function. The role is fully remote with regular travel and a clear path to strategic influence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience selling services into the NHS, ideally to ICBs or commissioners.
• Experience managing high-volume and specialist clinical hiring.
• Ability to build and lead a recruitment function and associate bench.
• Strong networking with NHS leaders and ability to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business with NHS ICBs and trusts and close opportunities.
• Own internal recruitment end to end, including onboarding.
• Build an in-house recruitment and resourcing team.
• Maintain CRM & report weekly to CEO.
• Ensure pre-engagement and compliance checks.
