Morgan Law Partners Llp is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. You will own regional NHS contracts, ensure delivery and growth, and identify opportunities for expansion while engaging commissioners and stakeholders across the Midlands.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional Midlands travel, offering 35 hours per week and a salary of £47,000–£57,000 plus benefits. A dynamic business development environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS contract management or healthcare commissioning.
• Strong relationships and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, service development or contract expansion.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and commercial terms.
• Business development skills including opportunity identification and strategic planning.
• Confidence presenting to varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organisational, analytical and project management capability.
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
