Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager to win new NHS business and expand existing accounts across the North of the UK, with occasional travel to Scotland.

You will present to clinical and procurement stakeholders, such as Tissue Viability Nurses and Infection Control teams, using a consultative sales approach. The role offers a base between £40k-£50k plus £20k+ OTE, a brand new company van, a 7% pension, and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to NHS hospitals.
• Ability to engage clinicians and procurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Full driving licence with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Win new NHS business and grow existing accounts.
• Deliver product presentations to ward staff and clinical teams.
• Manage CRM pipeline, forecast, and report progress.
