Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new capital sales for innovative care technology across the North of England.

The role focuses on environmental control systems, telecare, and related solutions, selling through care homes, the NHS and local authorities. You will work with care home managers, clinical leads and estates teams, with a field-based remit along the M62 corridor and some Scottish travel.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience of around five years, with a medical devices background.
• Experience selling into care settings such as care homes, the NHS, local authorities or care services.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders through a solution sale.
• Understanding of local government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Win new capital sales for environmental control systems and telecare products.
• Manage and grow new business across the North with field-based coverage.
• Engage care home managers, clinical leads, estates teams, and NHS services.
• Collaborate with installation, technical and product specialists to deliver projects.
