Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in Women’s Health across NHS and private sectors. This field-based role covers Midlands, the South West, and surrounding patch, combining account development with clinical education and hands-on support in theatres.

You will manage an established product range, deliver clinical training, travel across hospitals, and provide case cover as needed. A full UK driving licence and proven medical device sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling medical devices within NHS or private healthcare.
• Ability to deliver clinical training and perform education sessions.
• Strong communication and clinical presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a field-based territory across Midlands and surrounding patch.
• Develop accounts, drive product adoption and educate customers.
• Provide hands-on support and theatre case coverage as required.

The Role

A leading medical device company is looking for a Territory Manager to join its Women’s Health portfolio. You’ll manage a well-established product range, combining account development, clinical education and hands‑on support. Candidates will spend time in theatre and should be comfortable providing case cover.

Location

Field based – Midlands, South Wales, Bristol, Somerset & Wiltshire

Candidates can live anywhere on patch and be comfortable travelling.

Requirements

• Medical device sales experience within NHS/private healthcare
• Confident delivering clinical training and education
• Strong communicator with clinical presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence & happy to travel

The Package

• £40,000-£55,200 basic
• £15,000 OTE
• £750/month car allowance
• Strong pension contribution
