Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to the directorate/area of work while promoting a professional image and confidentiality.
• Prioritise and plan own workload on a day-to-day basis.
• Produce and distribute letters, memos, reports and presentations using appropriate software.
• Coordinate referrals and book appointments for the multidisciplinary team.
• Handle enquiries in a confidential and sensitive manner and manage correspondence.
• Arrange meetings/events, book venues, refreshments, travel and accommodation; process related invoices.
• Attend and draft minutes; distribute agendas and papers ahead of meetings; maintain accurate records.
