The Methodist Church in Britain is recruiting an NHS 111 call handler to support patient triage and guidance. You will answer calls, work under the direction of healthcare professionals, and rotate shifts from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.

A six-week full-time training programme, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, prepares you for duties including reassurance and urgent guidance. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, live within a 60-minute commute, and be willing to undergo enhanced

Qualificações

• Customer service experience
• Right to work in the UK for the full duration of employment, without sponsorship
• Enhanced DBS with Barred Lists checks, where the role is regulated activity

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls from patients and give reassurance or urgent guidance
• Where healthcare is given, work under the direction of regulated healthcare professionals
• Work shifts on a rota between 7am and 11pm, seven days a week
• Complete a six-week full-time training programme, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
