HUC is recruiting for 111 Call Handlers at their Bedford site. The role includes taking calls for NHS 111 and Out of Hours services, with a 6-week full-time training programme (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday). Shifts run across 7 days, 7am-11pm, with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus unsociable hours enhancement.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute within 60 minutes. A DBS check is required and the employer notes that visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• Lives within 60 minute commute
• Has Customer Service Experience
• Has the right to work in the UK
• Can commit to 6 weeks full time training (9am-5pm)

Responsabilidades

• 111 Call Handlers may be providing healthcare under supervision of regulated healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with DBS checks and safeguarding requirements.
• Adhere to visa sponsorship rules and employment eligibility as stated.
