Role Overview

This leading regional law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to actively develop their commercial litigation department. The caseload will include shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes, and partnership disputes.

Candidate Profile

• Ambitious and driven, eager to progress their career.
• Passionate about Commercial Litigation with some experience in all aspects of commercial litigation.
• Experience in a leading national or regional law firm preferred.
• Ability to handle a mixed caseload and a strong network within the regional market.
• Keen to business develop and market locally.
• Proven experience in the full litigation process, advising UK and international clients, including corporations, governments, and high net worth individuals.
• Competent in all litigation stages, including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements, and trial attendance. Participation in settlement negotiations, arbitration, and mediation is also expected.
