Leading Regional Law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their team in the Exeter office. Key Responsibilities:

1. Play an active role in the development of the commercial litigation department, working directly alongside the partner.
2. Handle a caseload comprising shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes, and partnership disputes.
3. Demonstrate a genuine passion for Commercial Litigation with some working knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation.
4. Possess experience within a leading national or regional law firm, with a willingness to join a firm committed to your career development.
5. Manage a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a strong network of contacts within the regional market.
6. Engage in business development and marketing in the local area.
7. Have proven experience in the full litigation process, advising UK and international clients, including corporations, governments, and high net worth individuals.
8. Work on all parts of the litigation process, including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements, and attending trials, as well as settlement negotiations, arbitration, and mediation.
