Job summary

Set2recruit LTD seeks a New Client Director to lead growth for IT managed services. The role covers new-logo acquisition from first contact to three‑year contract, with a full‑time SDR and MD reporting line. Expect UK‑wide field work, with one week monthly in Preston, plus on‑site time during early months.

You will drive new‑logo service, subscription and project revenue and own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including RFPs and marketing oversight in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in B2B sales, consistently over‑delivering against new‑business targets (you'll be asked for the numbers)
• Carried a new‑business target of £500,000+ ARR in at least one recent year
• Regularly closed contracts of £50,000+ annual value (£150,000+ over three years)
• Experience selling technology services such as managed services, IT consultancy, cloud or security

Responsibilities

• Build and own target lists through calls, email, LinkedIn and events. This is front‑line work, not a desk role.
• The full sale: discovery, workshops, proposals, commercials and close, with three‑year terms as standard.
