Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant for our Highworth development in Swindon. You will guide prospective buyers from first enquiry to completion, ensuring accurate information, smooth processes, and an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

As part of a busy team, you’ll manage enquiries, input reservations, conduct site viewings, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to meet exchange deadlines. The role offers a competitive package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proactive, customer-focused approach to guiding buyers through new-home purchases.
• Ability to respond promptly to enquiries and manage CRM entries with accuracy.
• Experience conducting property viewings and guiding selections (fixtures, finishes).
• Accurate input of reservations and property details into the sales system.
• Monitor progress and ensure exchange deadlines and pre-completion steps are met.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in the marketing suite and plots.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify needs and provide guidance on new homes and pricing.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, dispatch brochures, and maintain availability data.
• Conduct property viewings and support customers through build and legal processes.
• Input reservations and correspondence; manage documentation flow.
• Track reservation progress to meet exchange deadlines and handover tasks.
• Ensure consistent presentation across marketing materials and stock plots.
