Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at our development in Highworth, Swindon. The role runs Thu-Mon, 10am-5.30pm, focusing on guiding buyers from first enquiry to completion with exceptional service.

You will welcome customers, input reservations, maintain availability, and support build and legal processes while collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding prospective buyers through the home-purchasing journey.
• Proactive and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Accurate data entry for reservations and CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify needs, and provide guided information on new homes and local area.
• Conduct property viewings and assist customers with selections and finishes.
• Input reservations, monitor progress, and ensure exchange deadlines are met.
