Job summary

Wheatley PLC. is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive in Clifton to manage end-to-end sales of new homes.

You will greet and qualify prospective buyers, host property viewings, and present Wheatley Plc developments with a strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy of documentation. You will coordinate with internal teams, estate agents and solicitors to ensure smooth reservation, contracts and handovers, while supporting local marketing initiatives and show home events at site

Qualifications

• Proven residential property or new homes sales experience with targets.
• Clear, professional communication in person, phone, and writing.
• Accurate sales administration and documentation.
• Understanding of reservations, contracts, and completions; solicitor/agent coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process for new homes.
• Greet and qualify buyers, conduct property viewings, present features.
• Prepare sales documentation and guide customers through reservation, contracts, completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, estate agents, and solicitors for smooth handovers.
