Gleeson Homes Nottingham is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to deliver a 5-star customer experience, meet sales targets and support the end-to-end home buying journey.

You will meet clients, assess needs, negotiate prices, liaise with solicitors and estate agents, and maintain accurate records. The role offers a generous benefits package and ongoing development opportunities in a customer-facing environment.

• Holds experience within new homes sales or property sales.

Responsabilidades

• Selling — Achieve target sales.
• Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify.
• Price negotiation.
• Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc).
• Customer follow-up.
• Administration — Market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain the customer enquiry database.
• Record customer details at reservation.
• Complete and distribute all documentation as required.
