Team Resourcing Limited is recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant for a site in Kings Langley. The role involves engaging with buyers, showcasing features, negotiating offers and guiding customers through the purchase to completion.

Hours are 10am–5pm. Base salary up to £35k with OTE £60k+ and benefits including one weekend off in four. You will need strong negotiation skills, enthusiasm, and a full UK driving license.

Qualificações

• Experience within property sales or new homes sales is essential.
• Proven ability to perform in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the sale of newly built properties by engaging with potential buyers.
• Showcase development features and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Negotiate offers and support customers through to completion.
• Carry out daily site sales activities and deliver excellent customer service.
