Responsibilities

• Sell and meet sales targets.
• Meet with clients, assess needs and qualify.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.
• Price negotiation.
• Customer follow-up and administration.
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain the customer enquiry database.
• Record customer details at reservation.
• Complete and distribute all documentation as required.
