Method Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive for a role in Lancashire. The position offers a base salary up to £32,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £65,000 for strong performance and commissions.

The ideal candidate will welcome buyers, guide them through the homebuying journey, and build lasting relationships from initial enquiry to completion. Experience in new homes sales is preferred but not essential; confidence and a proactive attitude are valued.
