Pear Recruitment in Leatherhead is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a focused property team. You will handle enquiries, guide purchasers through the buying process, and drive sales across new homes developments.

The ideal candidate has estate agency or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet targets and earn commission. The role offers a two‑week rota and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience within estate agency, property sales, new homes or a target‑driven sales environment.
• Confident dealing with customers and motivated by targets and earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective purchasers from an established database
• Book and conduct viewings at new homes developments
• Manage enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
• Follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process
• Build strong relationships with purchasers and property professionals
• Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency teams
• Develop strong knowledge of individual developments and properties
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events
• Work towards and achieve sales targets
