Cubitt & West in Leatherhead is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to help buyers find their perfect home and build relationships with developers, purchasers, and colleagues across the Arun Estates network.

You’ll contact prospective purchasers, book/view properties, manage enquiries, and guide customers through their buying journey, working with mortgage advisors and our team to support launches and events.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators.

• Organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Interested in property and helping people move home.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective purchasers from our extensive buyer database.
• Book and conduct viewings on exciting new homes developments.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Guide customers through their buying journey.
• Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues.
• Visit developments to become an expert on each site and its properties.
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events.
