Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant for a leading property business in Leatherhead. You will contact prospective purchasers, book and conduct viewings, manage enquiries and guide customers through the buying journey.

The role offers £27,000–£30,000 base with £40,000–£45,000 OTE, 33 days holiday, incentives and rewards, and clear career progression. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Week 1: 4 days including Monday and Saturday, Week 2: Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous property experience, either within new homes or estate agency.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Genuine passion for property and sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, motivated and commercially focused.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective purchasers from an extensive buyer database.
• Book and conduct viewings across exciting new homes developments.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Guide customers through every stage of their buying journey.
• Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues.
• Visit developments regularly to become an expert on each site and its properties.
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities.
