Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant for our client in Leatherhead. You will engage with prospective buyers, conduct property viewings, and guide customers through the entire buying journey across new-build developments.

You will collaborate with mortgage advisors and estate agents, visiting sites to gain product knowledge and support launches and events. A strong sales focus with customer service excellence is essential.

• Booking and conducting viewings across exciting new-build developments.

• Working closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues.
• Visiting developments to build expert knowledge of each site and its properties.
• Supporting development launches, open days and marketing events.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Working towards and achieving agreed sales targets.

New Homes Sales Consultant - Leatherhead

The Package

• Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
• Guaranteed Earnings: Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months
• Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 including commission
• Location: Leatherhead
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:30 - 17:30
• Working Pattern: 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days, including Monday + Saturday, supporting development launches, open days and show homes Week 2: Monday to Friday

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect new home, while developing strong relationships with purchasers, developers and colleagues across the wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:
