Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Sales Advisor to manage the sales process for new build homes from initial enquiry to completion at our West Midlands developments.

You will provide expert guidance to buyers, conduct property viewings, progress reservations, negotiate sales, and collaborate with marketing and customer care to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Full-time, permanent role with weekend and occasional evening work as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within new build housing or a similar property sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with the residential property market in the West Midlands is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of relevant legal and financial aspects related to property sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers, delivering knowledgeable and professional advice on new build housing options.
• Manage and progress sales enquiries, including conducting property viewings, handling reservations, and negotiating sales agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using company systems.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer care, to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates and market trends.
• Promote the company’s developments and uphold its reputation for quality and service at all times.
