Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor in the East Midlands region, based in Leicestershire. You will be the first contact for homebuyers, taking reservations and guiding customers through financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions, while meeting targets and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service. A full driving licence and proven sales ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the product and its local information, competitors, and our selling points, and use it professionally.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed and visitors are briefed on PPE requirements when entering construction areas.
• Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up visitors, and update prospects via CRM weekly.
• Take reservations and initiate paperwork promptly, ensuring customers understand the sales process including financial and legal aspects.
• Ensure all timescales are met by proactively progressing contracts and completions to targets.
• Build relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers, and liaise with the recommended Financial Advisor to stay current on mortgage products.
• Comply with company policies and undertake additional tasks as required.
• Maintain knowledge of Covid-19 health and safety implications.
