Bloor Homes is recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for the East Midlands region, based in Leicestershire. You will be the first point of contact for homebuyers, guiding them through reservations and the paperwork while explaining financial and legal aspects of purchasing a new home.

You will liaise with solicitors, estate agents and lenders and work towards meeting targets with professional knowledge of products, pricing and local information.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling in the new home/building market is preferred.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to recognise key buying signals.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, construction details, local information and unique selling points, applying this knowledge professionally.
• Drive prospects, record visits, and progress through CRM with weekly analyses.
• Take reservations and initiate all paperwork, explaining the sales process including financial and legal aspects.
• Ensure timely progress to meet targets and coordinate with solicitors, estate agents and lenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers and stay updated on mortgage products.
