Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor in the East Midlands region, based in Leicestershire. You will be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and valuers to guide customers through the journey of buying a new home.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will take reservations, initiate paperwork and explain financial and legal aspects of the purchase, while building relationships with local agents and ensuring targets and high

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of the product and local information and using it in a professional manner.
• Ensuring Health & Safety policy adherence and PPE awareness for visitors.
• Initiating approaches to prospects and recording all visits in CRM.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork, explaining the sales process.
• Ensuring timescales are met by progressing contracts and completions.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers.
• Coordinating with the Financial Advisor to stay up to date on mortgage products.
• Complying with company policies and performing additional tasks as needed.
• Ensuring all health and safety aspects of Covid-19.
