Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking a Sales Advisor for our East Midlands developments around Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. You will be a frontline contact for homebuyers, liaising with solicitors and agents, and guiding buyers through the sales journey.

We value proven sales ability, strong negotiation skills and a full UK driving licence, with flexibility to work peak times including weekends. The role is based on site across our developments.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Proven sales and effective negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Be a first point of contact for homebuyers and liaise with solicitors, estate agents, bank and building society managers and valuers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and local area information to communicate our selling points professionally.
• Record and follow up visitors and progress prospects via CRM and weekly analysis forms.
• Take reservations and manage paperwork to support sales in a fast, accurate manner.
