Job summary

Bloor Homes in the Eastern Region, based in Rochford, SS4, seeks an experienced Sales Advisor to welcome homebuyers, take reservations and explain the financial and legal aspects of buying a new home. You will work closely with solicitors, estate agents and Mortgage advisers, maintain product knowledge, meet targets and uphold health and safety policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, our unique selling points, and use such knowledge in a professional and structured manner.
• Ensuring Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of PPE requirements.
• Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, updating prospects via CRM.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring customers understand the process.
• Ensuring timescales are met by pro-active contract and completion progression to targets.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers.
• Regular contact with the Financial Advisor to stay updated on mortgage products.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Undertaking any additional tasks as required.
