Job summary

Select Appointments is supporting a high-growth client in Norwich to appoint a New Homes Sales Advisor. You will guide buyers through in-person and virtual viewings and manage the full sales journey from enquiry to key handover.

We seek a customer-focused, target-driven communicator with a proven track record in new homes sales or estate agency. A full UK driving licence and availability Thursday to Monday, 11am-6pm, are essential to thrive in this busy role.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct in-person and virtual viewings and manage the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings and provide expert advice on homes and lifestyle offerings.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to key handover.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
