Job summary

William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a proactive New Homes Sales Advisor to join our Nottingham development. You’ll be the face of the on-site sales, guiding buyers from enquiry to key handover and delivering a professional, personal customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered.
Passion for property, people and delivering high standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Confident, proactive approach and ability to manage a busy development site.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Guide buyers from first enquiry to handover of keys on site.
Deliver a high-quality, personal customer experience throughout the sale.
Liaise with developers, colleagues and purchasers to ensure smooth transactions.
Work in a busy development site, maintaining professional standards.
