Confidential is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our developments in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The role offers training and a clear path to progress within a private residential property business.

You will welcome buyers, conduct viewings, qualify enquiries and guide customers through the purchase process, while aiming to hit targets and build lasting relationships with purchasers. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming prospective purchasers to the development and providing an excellent customer experience.
• Conducting viewings and showcasing available properties.
• Building relationships with potential buyers and understanding their requirements.
• Managing enquiries and following up with prospective purchasers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Guiding customers through the purchasing process, from initial enquiry through to reservation.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping sales information up to date.
• Working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the development.
