Job summary

Our client, a leading UK residential property developer, is hiring a New Homes Sales Advisor to help customers find their dream home and deliver a high-quality service from enquiry to completion. You will build rapport, understand needs, present homes, question and negotiate, and follow established sales processes to convert interest into site visits and purchases.

A 1+ year track record in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in new homes sales or estate agency.
• Strong customer service in a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their dream home and support them through the home-buying journey.
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, understand needs and guide to properties.
• Demonstrate local knowledge, present homes, discuss pricing, and convert enquiries into site visits and sales.
• Follow established sales processes, maintain records and collaborate across teams.
