Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking New Homes Sales Advisors to join developments in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The role focuses on welcoming buyers, conducting viewings, and guiding customers through the purchase process with strong customer service and communication skills.

Candidates with experience in new homes sales are preferred, but trainees with the right attitude will be considered. A full UK driving licence is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or residential property sales is advantageous.
• Trainee positions are available for candidates with the right attitude and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective purchasers to the development and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Conduct viewings and showcase available properties.
• Build relationships and understand buyers' requirements.
• Manage enquires and follow up with prospective purchasers to maximise sales.
• Guide customers through purchasing process from enquiry to reservation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep sales information up to date.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall development success.
