Fawkes & Reece Group is working with a private residential developer to recruit New Homes Sales Advisors for developments in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The role suits experienced sales professionals or those looking to break into property; trainees with the right attitude are encouraged.

You will welcome visitors, conduct viewings, build relationships, handle enquiries, guide buyers through the process to reservation, maintain records, and work toward sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in new homes or residential property sales is advantageous.
• Alternatively, candidates with general sales experience may be considered for trainees.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, professional and approachable demeanor.
• Proactive attitude with motivation to hit sales targets.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective purchasers to the development and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Conduct viewings and showcase available properties.
• Build relationships and understand buyers' requirements.
• Manage enquiries and follow up to maximise sales opportunities.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from enquiry to reservation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep sales information up to date.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to development success.
