Qualifications

• Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred
• Strong sales professional from other sectors considered
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through the home buying journey from initial enquiry to key handover
• Deliver an exceptional on-site customer experience and manage multiple stakeholders (developers, purchasers)
• Represent the development on-site with a proactive, professional and friendly approach
• Maintain high standards of presentation and ensure sales processes are smooth and efficient
